Fee for service therapist:
Looking to join a group practice where you can work towards acquiring clinical hours and supervision and learn more about psychodynamic therapy? We are looking for LSWs, LPCs, LCSWs and LMFTs to join our practice to provide quality and long-term therapy to individuals with Medicaid insurance.
Philadelphia Consultation Center offers many benefits including:
• Individual and/or group supervision by licensed clinicians
• Autonomy to create your own schedules
• Working with a diverse population of clients with a spectrum of presenting problems (primarily individuals with Medicaid insurance and additionally the option of working with private pay clients)
• Administrative staff to manage billing
• Trainings and workshops offered at Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis (including CE credits)
Qualifications
• Active LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT or PsyD license in the state of PA
• Strong clinical skills·
• Interest in and/or experience working from a psychodynamic orientation
• Excellent, consistent, and timely clinical documentation
• Attention to detail and very strong organizational and communication skills
• Technologically proficient, familiarity with at least one EMR/EHR preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Pay: $38.00 – $52.00 per hour, incentive program reimburses at higher rates
This position requires a combination of in person availability for sessions as well as remote work via teletherapy platforms. However, in the future insurance may require therapists to be present in the building to perform all therapy sessions.
